Little Women club meeting
This club meeting is to continue organizing the new club and to plan the next summer community service projects. This new club is open to all young ladies aged 12-18, who are interested in leadership development and community service hours.
The Little Women have two meetings per month, every first and third Sunday at 2:30-4:00 pm, at our clubhouse, unless otherwise listed. Sometimes we do a community service project at the same time, so please check the calendar for more information.

Book Club
“Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine” by Gail Honeyman will be discussed at the July meeting. The book is described as “wacky, charming, hilarious and moving”. If you would like a copy of the book to read, contact Jane Chafin at 904/264-9716. Should be a good summer’s read.

Little Women’s Park Clean-up & Picnic
Join us at the park to clean up and then enjoy a picnic and games with your new club friends, Come to learn about a new service club for young ladies aged 12-18, sponsored by the Orange Park Woman’s Club. Free to attend, bring a parent and bring a friend! Sign up for a summer project to earn community service hours.
Fundraising Committee Meeting
The work begins for our main fundraisers - Rummage Sale (Sep), Theatre Night (Oct), and the Gala (Mar). We will discuss other fundraising ideas as well. Please join us if you would like to help out with any of these events, or if you have an idea for a new fundraising activity.
Little Women @ Safe Animal Shelter
Community Service hours with the Little Women of Orange Park - read books to the animals at the shelter. We have also been collecting old blankets, towels, sheets, cleaning items, etc. as a donation.

This workshop is for incoming CSP and Special Project committees to meet. We will discuss and determine plans for the upcoming year of community service programs. Open to all members and guests.

This meeting provides an opportunity for our members who work during the daytime to meet and mingle, and to work on CSP initiatives. All members and guests are welcome to attend.
Movie Night with the Little Women of Orange Park
Join our 12-18 year-old young ladies for a fun movie night, with popcorn, sodas, and baked spaghetti dinner. Bring an item to donate to the Safe Animal Shelter (such as an old towel or blanket). Meet the members of the Little Women of Orange Park, learn more about our new community service club, and sign up for one of our Summer Community Service Programs.
District 4 Meeting
GFWC Florida District 4’s monthly meeting is being hosted by the Woman’s Club of Maclenney. Register by notifying the OPWC Treasurer. The cost is $20.00.
MEET AND GREET: 10 AM -10:30 AM MEETING 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM. Various clubs will be offering drawings and fundraisers. LUNCH will be provided

On March 21st, our club is hosting the District 4 Meeting. The theme for the decorations is Celebrating the 5 CSP’s. As such, we have at least 2 tables we need to provide the centerpieces for: focused on Arts & Culture. This meeting is to discuss ideas for our centerpieces.

Doors open at 9:30 and the meeting begins promptly at 10:00. This month’s program will include a hands-on art activity for all members! No mess, Just fun! You get to take home whatever you create!Tables will be ‘decorated’ with different art activities. Choose a place based on what activity you want to do! Sit with someone you don’t know and get to know them!
