Rental Pricing

Damage Deposit

A $300 refundable Damage Deposit is required to reserve your date. The damage deposit is refunded through our payment processor within two weeks after your event.

Rental Fees

Packages include all event spaces: Ballroom, Garden Patio, and the hospitality suite:

  • Ultimate Events Package - Saturdays - 8 AM to midnight - $2000

  • Grand Events Package - Fridays - 8 AM to midnight - $1500

  • Intimate Events Package - Sundays - 12 Noon to 11 PM - $1000

A LA CARTE pricing is available if you do not want to book all the event spaces. Prices do not include 3.5% sales tax, plus a cleaning fee of $150. To reserve your date, you’ll pay 50% of the rental fees. The balance is due 90 days before your event date. We provide tables and chairs for 125 people. The facility capacity is 150 people.

We offer military and nonprofit discounts.

Insurance

A special event liability insurance policy of $1 million is required 7 days before your event date. Click here to get a quote from EventHelper, our recommended provider. If you choose to use your own insurance company, you must purchase the same protection as what is highlighted in this sample policy.
