Rental Pricing

Deposit

A $300 refundable Damage Deposit is required to reserve your date. The damage deposit is refunded via a mailed check within two weeks after your event.

Rental Fee

Fridays & Sundays $1000

Saturdays $1500

Mondays - Thursdays $800

Business Meeting Special - M-Th - 4 hours for $400 + cleaning fee.

We offer military and nonprofit discounts.

Prices do not include 7% sales tax. 50% is due at time of booking. Balance is due 90 days prior to your event date. We provide tables and chairs for 125 people. The facility capacity is 150 people.

Insurance

A special event liability insurance policy, of $1 million, is required 7 days before your event date. Click here to get a quote from EventHelper, our recommended provider. If you choose to use your own insurance company, you must purchase the same protection as what is highlighted in this sample policy.

We are OPEN on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 5:00-7:00 pm

Drop in on the 2nd Thursday of each month to tour the venue or book an event. You are welcome to bring your caterer, decorator, DJ, or other vendors to help you design your special event.
